The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We booked at the last minute and glad we did. Greated with a brew and a biscuit. Julie and Billy made you feel welcome. Had a chat before going to our room. Room spotless and cosy. We had room 2 and was quiet, so I slept really well as I am I light sleeper. Breakfast was freshly made and cooked lovely. 10 min walk to the tower, and off road parking on the side of the hotel next door. Will defo be back. Thank you.😊

Very elegant hotel, with tasteful, comfortable furnishings. Nice, surprising route on foot, walking through gardens and small streets to reach it.

Room was too small to accomodate two twin beds, and too cold during the night, extra pillows and blankets need to be added to the room and an extra wardrobe (an icerhead cupboard) needed to put them in. Also would have liked staff to raise their heads from screens as one arrives, just to say "Hello, welcome to our hotel". And 'hello' at other time. It makes all the difference to a hotel if you feel welcomed. Silence or just being ignored didn't match the elegance of the rest.

Nice staff, right near airport, it's obviously a tourist hotel for travelers.

Extremely overcrowded, very small rooms, bad maintenance, smelled like chemicals, tiny and cramped. Could barely stand 1 day here. Restaurant was also insanely overpriced.

It was a cheap little house that was suitable for just one night.

First of all, the agent wouldn't answer the phone when I was trying to call about access to the property. And then again, when we were leaving, I couldnt get the agent on the phone to ask what the codes were for the key safes (I had forgotten) Once we were inside, it was obvious that it needed some tlc. There was 2 small, shared bathrooms that were dirty. One of the bathroom sinks wasn't even attached to the wall. There is a kitchen to the rear of the property, but we didn't use that. The rooms themselves were basic but would have benefited from at least having a lampshade on the main light and maybe a small lamp. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress was the thinnest I've ever slept on, and the bedding looked like it had just been pulled out of the tumble dryer (at least they'd been washed) I didn't get much sleep due to the mattress and the fact that, even though I locked the bedroom door, one good shove and anyone could have gained access to my room. The agents are actually letting agents for a living, and I would have assumed they would keep the place clean and safe.
