The apartments were spacious and service was amazing. From the reception staff especially Lucie , who went out of their way to help us, to John at the Brasserie who was very accommodating and helpful. My little girl loved the green area to bounce her ball around in. Everyone at the spa was fabulous as well. Taigan has lovely healing hands.

The soap and shampoo dispenser didn't work very well and kept getting stuck. A games area / more things for kids to play in would be great.

It was central to the location. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the beds & linen very comfortable. And before we left, we found the old vintage staircase we originally thought would take us to our room, & probably where the nicer rooms were.

The entrance ( most particularly the back entrance) & reception area felt very run down, & cold. Again, our room ( 11) was up a depressing back staircase & landing. The room was okay, but pretty much like an ‘old back bedroom’

The property could be improved with a little more care and attention to finer details. There are lots of bits that need either replacing or repairing which would improve overall appearance. Glad I brought my own pillow.

It could have been cleaner. Stained bedding could do with getting rid of. If it was ironed it would look better. All dishes had to be washed before use and I wiped out the oven as it was full of crumbs. Outside could be cleaned up a bit. It is advertised as sleeping 6 but to sleep 6 you have to use the cushions from the sofa which isn’t very satisfactory I would advise no more than 4 people book this.

Loud boiler located in the bedroom :/ . Parking space in front of the building for 'short' cars - the front of my estate car was halfway across the sidewalk. Lack of bedding for the baby cot - especially the sheet
