The property was perfect, very spacious and clean. We stayed in the Beatrice apartment and it had everything we needed. It made our stay on the Isle of Wight that little bit more special. The bed was comfy and the space was nice and modern. We were even greeted with cake and coffee! We would 100% recommend and will be back next year. The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The hosts were expectionally responsive. The location was perfect for walks and beautiful scenery. The amenities were great and lovely loving space for socialising. Local shop and pubs within minutes walk.

The garden could have been maintained better and the lock ups that were rented out could have been sectioned off better and more aesthetically pleasing. Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable.

I liked almost everything about the place it was warm, cozy and very clean. Loved the linen which smelt awesome and so soft I wanted to stay wrapped up in it all day.

I didn't like having to have a cold shower, not knowing how to work the oven, the very uncomfy I would even say broken bed downstairs and the many ants which we shared the place with. I would say as much as I liked the place the price should be somewhat less as we payed £105 for a night in our our cabin in the woods and everything worked as it should. No disrespect to you the owners at all. I just think £80 a night including cleaning fees would be better. I also think a guide on how to work the oven amd other things like the shower etc wouldnt go a miss. P.s I appolagise for my partner who spoke with you on the phone she is very abbrupt without even realising she is doing it. I would have said thing more gently. Just so you know her views are not the same as mine. P.s cleaning fee should be optional if you are going to leave the place how you found it.

I have stayed here before many years ago and I do think it needs a little bit of TLC around the outside, it’s a lovely setting and it’s a pity it’s just not maintained to a better standard

The hotel is slightly dated and only one lift..also only scrambled egg served at breakfast.We had a room at the front and it was very noisy outside Friday and Saturday night..
