Staff are friendly, good breakfast. Dinner was quite good but a little pricey and didn't have many options that suited me. - too oriented to an American style. Breakfast service doesn't start until 8 but they could give you a takeaway bacon / sausage sandwich if you're in a rush. Good sized room.

8 o'clock was a little late for me for breakfast to be able to get to work on time in the morning. Dinner service stops shortly after 8pm, although, as I had reserved, they did serve me at 8:15pm. Location didn't suit me totally as the traffic is bad between there and where I was working. Slightly lumpy bed but good pillows

However the tap water was labelled not for drinking and no water was supplied in the room. We asked for a second glass and water before we went out for the evening but it wasn’t provided. The bar was closed (22:45) so no availability to get a (clean) glass, water was found in a fridge. This was not acceptable.

My wife had booked this so we didn’t have to leave for the airport at 3:30am - with the amount of sleep I got, I may aswell have done that. She obviously didn’t read the reviews before hand. Cracked floor files which if you stumbled in the middle of the night you could easily cut your foot open. Music which increased in volume as the night progressed, it was so loud it was vibrating everything in the room, stopping at about midnight.
