Everything.. staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the most comfiest bed we've found in any of our London overnight stays. Brilliant location for The Royal Albert Hall .. just 15 mins walk away and literally 2 mins from the underground station! Drinking water refill machine.. tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms. Perfect. Will stay again.

Lovely property we had a balcony room with fabulous views. The staff were very friendly bit of a hill to the hotel which makes me realise I need to get a bit fitter Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice, I would certainly return

I liked the individuality of the place. The gentleman was friendly. I had hoped to have a drink in the pub, but was a little tired. The room was spacious, and the kettle was a welcome inclusion. It was a loft room.

It’s been a while, but there was something with the window, that needs double checking, it was likely that there was no blind. A kind of velux window. I think it could have been a tad cheaper for what it was. The city seems a little jaded, and to be suffering from the cost of living crisis, and I think the prices could perhaps reflect that a little if possible.

Excellent location and awesome bar and beer garden downstairs with great food.

Everything was good, just some minor issues - we were in the attic which had little ventilation and could be really hot in summer. No toilet roll holder or mirror or shelf in the bathroom.

Nothing to dislike in the hotel but we had a 40 minute wait after ordering for the evening meal! And a side order of chips arrived 10 minutes later. Not good enough.

Unfortunately the previous guests had smoked in the apartment and this was not picked up by the cleaners leading us buying as diffuser to try and alleviate the smell.
