We had a lovely welcome and chat with Ben and made us feel right at home. The room was well equipped with a fridge and kettle. It was in a great location Central to everything. The breakfast was nice and the staff all made you feel at ease and welcomed. I liked that we were able to leave our luggage off and come back for again after check out. Great WiFi throughout. The room was clean and tidy as was the entire building. Great location for a short stay.

It should state on the website that the owner prefers cash over card for payment. I thought the room was slightly cold even when the heaters were turned up high. I think the breakfast should have more of a selection and also include baked beans. The meats were very limited as was the toast. More offerings of food and a fresh pot of tea or coffee would be nice. Maybe slightly bigger televisions as well.

Very nice staff, good service. Always there to help, and big part of the reason we stayed longer. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Clean rooms. Just 200 meters away from the free shuttlebus to Harry Potter (Watford Junction) and 20 minutes by train to London City Euston. We visited a Nice italian restaurant about 10 min walk from the hotel, also saw a Foodmarket with many little restaurants just around the corner.

Staff was very friendly. Guy that mowed the lawn could smile to make people staying there feel comfortable. I said hello seemed quite dismissive. However the lady that came to get me was so lovely despite me waiting in my car as just oversight to give me main door code. Room was clean , had tea and coffee. The room was clean had everything and shower was a delight.

The property was 5 star. It was spotless, it had everything you could possibly need and was very well maintained. The apartment came with both food and bathroom essentials. The hosts were friendly, attentive and welcoming. We will certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for an immaculate place to stay.

Great accommodation, it exceeded my expectations, the house was exactly like the photos, everything was beautiful, clean and organized, Bárbara was always available to answer any questions and resolve any impressions, I loved it... I liked it so much that I extended my stay 😃
