Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  We visited the hotel for my son’s wedding. There were a large group of us staying. The wedding was at Swallows nest barns. We were able to enjoy the facilities on the Saturday which was lovely. The lunchtime food we ordered was lovely. The staff were helpful and happy. The hotel accommodated us for breakfast on the Monday morning so we could all dine together. Thanks to everyone for your hard work making our stay very special.

  I liked the price it was last minute and easily done , thankfully I had my bank card as I needed it for room deposit - which I am still waiting to get back into my bank. I would not of been able to check in without it, it should be made clear when booking to bring this

  Great room with stunning four poster bed. Lovely setting and friendly welcome accommodating an earlier check-in. Excellent poached eggs at breakfast.

  Overall very good but just a few things to flag if being picky. Breakfast was good but is a two minute walk in a different building. Not ideal in inclement weather. Would have preferred a few self service options such as cereals with the continental breakfast. Sink in bathroom not draining well and no hand towel. Tea tray refilled but not biscuits for second night. Peacock lovely to look at but was particularly vocal on one night! Wi-fi not great. Lovely setting but road noise can be heard.

  Rooms are shocking bad. They smell. Leaky Sinks. No storage in the room at all. Complained to reception about the state of our room. We were changed to "better" room. Only better thing was the sink wasn't leaky. New Room Smelled just as bad as the first. Other than a Bed, there is no furniture at all in the rooms. We spent 3 Nights here. Not easy living out of a suitcase for that period. Air conidiation system didnt work in either of the two rooms we had. It got very uncomfortable at night time. Hot stuffy.
