Rob ? Owner was Helpful and informative prior to check in. Check in was easy and self service affair. Free parking available and could use it on day left as hotel not busy. If busy this is prob not an option but understandable and expected. Large towels. Comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Option to choose a room with extra large beds. Make up removal flannels and cotton wool available. Bottle of still water provided as well as coffee/tea and biscuits in room and additional clean cups in hall if needed extras. Shared lounge available with sofa and comfy seats with view of the sea and a balcony to sit on if you don't choose a room that comes with a balcony. Fan in room if needed. Windows open and good views of the sea

Parking not useful if you want to come and go during stay, but Rob did offer support if this was the case. No breakfast available but think that is coming as updating their eating area at present

We were at a wedding at the Roe Park Resort and stayed here at the Row Valley Apartments. They were stunning, modern and we wanted to stay longer. . The only thing if I'm being very critical was you could hear noise from the bars on the street (Saturday night) if you were sleeping in the living room sofa bed, I always wear ear plugs anyway so no problem but just bring some with you.. Parking is perfect and access to taxis . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was v good, just 2 miles from the city centre, so walkable. A short drive will take you to the dock to embark on a trip down the Caledonian canal and Loch Ness. The room was spacious with a sofa as well as the beds and there was an extra comfortable sitting area downstairs. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The hosts and staff were v friendly.

The staff were top class. Looked after us from we arrived until we left. The rooms were beautiful and stocked with water, hot drinks and biscuits. The hotel has a great busy bar with a large selection of drinks, live music and good people. We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Highly recommended Benedicts and will definitely return.

Super central location, great for getting to Stratford venues and to sights further away. It was just right for two people, super clean and well equipped. Very generous welcome pack. Comfortable mattress and great shower room.

The bed is rather tight against the wall so ‘night-visits’ can be a bit tricky. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

There was only 3 of us staying but one of the bedrooms was locked would’ve been nice to have the option to each have a room each rather than sharing Some outdoor furniture would’ve been nice to enjoy the nice weather and a mirror in the upstairs bathroom would’ve been great
