I was disappointed with the restaurant, no one serving customers you had to go up to be served. This was inconvenient as im disabled I have problems standing up for any period of time and walking anywhere as I have severe arthritis and swollen feet from a heart problem.The food quality was very poor. It was not a restaurant, but a café, the furniture was very old. I paid alot of money to stay here . The room was average. . When I arrived the room was freezing and I had to have it out up higher as I have poor circulation due to a heart condition. The staff were lovely. The bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast was good Don't agree that it was worth £132 pounds for one night, half that would of been better. The poor quality food was really expensive.

The rooms are its like a partion and very old furniture . Although the bed was broken bed sheets not cleaned and the shared toilet its a first time i had experience, My room smelled awful, the curtains were completely dirty, the sink in tge room also broken... Oh God, don't go to this place. The guy who welcomed me was good and friendly. There is no breakfast included. The doors rumble and slam every time they open/close. The only good thing is the location. It's near to city center that's the only thing i booked the room. But please dont go... Dont go..... Dont spoil ur trip

Beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment. Amazing calming views of the sea guaranteed to help de-stress. Kirsty was very communicative and helpful, and I appreciated the welcome basket. Thank you also for allowing dogs, it really made me and my girl’s stay so special.

Hotel staff was brilliant. Location was ok. 1st room was ok until the power blew out on all the sockets. 2nd room had a nice view but very noisey been next to the lift and tv didn’t work.

Electricity in 1st room went out and nothing would work. 2nd room to close to the lift and could hear everyone in and out of talking loud and banging. Also tv didn’t work

Hotel nice size and welcoming. Pool table and nice sitting room. Friendly staff at reception. Room was quiet. Nice shower and clean. Hotel decor nice until you got to room 10.

The room was very basic. Curtains were not hung and did not meet in the middle. Wall paper coming off the walls. Curtain tie back had come off leaving holes in walls. Switches had been moved again leaving holes. Extremely shabby. No hair drier, no real wardrobe. Very thrown together. There were French doors leading to a very overgrown outside space. If this was cleared it would make a nice patio. This room could be lovely with just a bit time and thought. In desperate need of painting and new furnishings. We were only staying for one night we would not have stayed longer in this accommodation. The only thing going for it was it was probably the quietest of the rooms which is why we did not ask to be moved as hotel is on a busy road and we were given the room right at the back. The pictures on the site is not what we got. We were charged a deposit of 50.00 which was a joke as we could not have made the room look worse. Breakfast is basic continental but in with the price of the room, it did not state continental on the details. States plenty of free parking, but small car park for about 6 cars tops, rest is on main road. It is free though. Was disappointed as we could have paid a little more and stayed in the city but liked the look of this hotel on line and the reviews looked good.

The lady at the front desk is very nice, I forget what her name is, I think it's Deepicate, always smiling, and helped me take off the tags on my bag.
