Uplawmoor hotel is lovely can't fault our stay the room was big clean and comfy we where in the family room and the attention to detail for a family with young children was great from start to finish the staff are very welcoming and helpful and the Scottish breakfast is one of the best Can't wait to book again

It was really disappointing that the did not allowed breakfast on first day and they fixed their mistake on 2nd day but unfortunately nobody compensated the act of not allowing whole family on day 1 breakfast.

It was fairly handy to meet some old friends who were in the area.

It was a bit of messing about trying to get the car parking voucher. Had to park first then walk to the flat then go back to the car and add the voucher then go back to the flat. Had to repeat that in the morning before leaving.

Walls quite thin maybe but I think it’s always going to be noisy if another customer is blaring their television at 445am with the volume up from their room.

The staff at the restaurant and bar have no idea what they’re doing! Did not know the difference in white wine and red wine. Nothing about either menus. The restaurant itself is a joke. Not Spanish and listed on the hotel website.

The room was very hot because the glass window was not opening and throughout our stay they didn't come to clean the toom nor change bedsheets. The place was so noisy 🙄 😑 😒
