The location was excellent. Close to all amenities. The view from the apartment was stunning. The apartment was decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Great to have allocated parking space on site.

The dinner menu was very limited . Charged £65 for 2 small fish and chips and 2 drinks. Overcharged for drinks , service charge added automatically and something called "other charges". i had requested and been informed i could have a lower floor room. On arrival, i was advised we were on floor 13. They did change us but told us we had been given a special treat in the original room but couldnt change that to our new room.

Advised hotel beforehand that I would be travelling with my bike. On arrival was told that no bikes were allowed. Even after showing the email from ibis confirming that they were aware I was bringing a bike, I was told that there would be a £15 charge for the bike. When I explained that I had not been told this when I booked, I was allowed to bring the bike to the hotel, but I was not allowed to keep the bike in my room as I had thought. It had to be kept overnight in a store room which was a bit worrying as I was cycling from London to Paris the following day and wanted to do a last minute check that the bike was in full working order beforehand.
