The hotel is very modern and typical of the Ibis brand of compact and prefabricated style of rooms. Plenty of space and very functional without loads and of unnecessary furniture and adornments. The bathroom was great with a decent pressure from the shower, which was really nice first thing in the morning after a good night out at a concert and the ensuing evening. The bed was really comfortable too and the full length windows let in plenty of light. The public spaces were also modern and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent being really efficient, courteous and helpful.

I thought the food offering was very basic and although, in fairness, cheap. I think the modern and inviting appearance of the restaurant flattered to deceive and maybe my expectations were just too high.

This property is an absolute gem. The house has been modernised to a very high standard. The open plan living room and kitchen has plenty of space. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The location is great for exploring the Snowdonia national park. Our host was very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property for a stay whether it’s a short or long stay.

We loved everything about this cabin. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Decor was beautiful. Fabulous shower. It was the little things like coffee/tea/hot chocolate/biscuits to the binoculars/umbrella etc that showed great attention to detail.

Keys in key safe. Code sent to me prior to arrival. Nice views. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. Lounge and balcony comfortable.

The pictures showed the apartment overlooking beach. We thought we would have easy access for beach walk. This was not the case. It was more than a 15 minute to Pendine where you could access the beach. The apartment is up a very steep hill so walking back up the hill was very strenuous. Also the bulk of Pendine beach is closed to the public weekdays upto 1600 hrs.for MoD use. Storage space was minimal. 4 adults would not feel comfortable on a long stay. Also Hot-tubs on adjacent apartments quite noisy.

Very stylish hotel and spotless clean. Very well located. Good shower facility.

Very small room. Could not open my suitcase on the floor. Very little packing space for clothes. Had to pack my clothes in piles on the desk and floor. Milk and tea not topped up daily. Card reader did not work and had to go and reset at reception every evening. The hotel has a bar but nobody mans it. Never saw anybody have a drink in the lobby. Nice flat skreen TV but very few channels.

Room had no view, just a tree outside window. Room had a dividing door , so I could hear them talking at night time and also could hear their alarm going in their room in the morning to be waken by it.
