Great location with ample free parking. The restaurant and rooms are well-furnished and welcoming. I found much more than I expected, not the usual kettle with instant coffee and tea, but high-quality coffee and tea with very nice teapots and cups. Even the ice bucket is a touch of extra attention I have never found even in high-category hotels when travelling for worK. A wide choice of snacks and drinks, as well as complimentary water. Very clean and with a king size bed in which I slept all night without ever waking up (which usually happens to me when I travel). The WiFi is excellent. Restaurant with large choice of food, which was delicious. Breakfast prepared expressly in the morning and I appreciated the possibility of also having takeaway in case of hurry.

Service during the dinner was quite slow, but there was an event in the other room so maybe this affected the rest of the restaurant. And because I was there for business, I just wanted to go to my room to work.

The shepherd huts excellant, we loved our time on the farm. Peaceful, quiet, tranquil. Our hut was near the woodlands. Loads of bird life. Lovely local walks. Facilites great. Close to the village of Bradford on Avon.

Very clean room with all you need for a short stay: fridge, kettle. Great location, 5-10 minutes walk to the town centre, beach. Highly recommended!

Arrived at 4.30pm only to find out there was someone else in our accommodation. Was offered an alternative 10 minutes away, were advised it would need gas top up to be purchased but assured we would be refunded. Purchased £20 top up but still no gas and there was tv , Internet or phone signal. Had to keep walking out to main Rd to make calls to landlord. Not an ideal situation with two young children and after a day at the beach we definitely all needed showers. Landlord talked through and messaged several options on how to get things working but to no avail. Time was getting on so requested that he come to the apartment to help us. Then just before 8pm he messaged to say he had no car insurance !!!. We made the decision to move somewhere else n told him so. Trying to find somewhere at 8pm with 2 children and 2 dogs proved difficult and we ended up 60 miles away at a motorway service hotel through Booking.com. On talking to Booking.com they agreed to at full refund. Oh and I contacted the landlord with my bank details for the gas refund and guess what..... nothin
