  Evening service in Restaurant was very disappointing ... extremely slow with 45 minutes wait for starter and then a further 30 minutes for main at which point we gave up and asked for a cheese board instead which wasn't presented professionally. One scallop starter was cremated and had to be sent back to kitchen and a haphazard charging for house wine, including being charged for a bottle instead of a glass. Manager agreed not to charge for meal but a very disappointing experience for a special occasion ... we were not on our own, another couple were complaining at checkout... with similar issues... need to up their game in Restaurant, given this is a 4 star hotel so not cheap!
