I initially booked 3 double rooms but due to some system overbooking, I had to cancel one room at a request of the host. In return, I was given 2 family - rooms, large enough to fit the group I was travelling with. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had all we needed. We arrived after finishing hiking the Snowdown - both rooms were very warm which helped since the weather wasn't great during the hike. We had a dinner at the pub (part of the complex) and the food was delicious (curry is the main theme on the menu). We did not opt in for breakfast. That said there is a lovely cafe shop just a cross of the road from the rooms, with the best home made scones!

Great communication prior to the arrival and during the stay. Individual, unique, charming cottage and lovely welcoming, generous hosts. Lots of great touches, wildflowers in the bedroom, decaf options to drink, fresh home-made bread, green cleaning products! Relaxed timings and a share in a beautiful and spiritually uplifting garden watching the nesting birds.

We have been visiting Anacapri for years and it never fails to deliver wonderful service. We request a specific room, never a problem. The service from the staff is fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offer is just fabulous too. We also love that you can pick up all your requirements for the room from reception on the way in.

Beautiful location, a little confused that my room was... in the carpark, so not much of a view as I couldn't really have the curtains open. But I wasn't really that fussed once I was over that. Room was beautiful and clean, bath lovely a deep so could have a proper soak. Lots of nice little touches. I would book here again.

Unfortunately the only thing I wasn't happy with was the mattress. I was in agony all night and in the morning it took me over an hour to even get up out of bed my back hurt that bad. The sheets and towels were all immaculate and lovely quality but the mattresses were extremely hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. It was a real shame. I'm actually still in a lot of pain from it. Xx

Lovely big room. AZ the receptionist was friendly, polite, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She showed us to our rooms and carried a bag for us. Such a lovely woman.

The staff and food at the pub part was awful several of us who ate there got food poisoning such that i had to leave my grandsons wedding early and spend the afternoon/night on the toilet. the breakfast was swimming in black grease, and you only got orange juice if you pay extra as part of the pub breakfast but not the hotel breakfast
