Positive section of review
Location, very good, close to Hyde Park and two underground stations. Nice building. Relatively peaceful surroundings. In the room I enjoyed refrigerator. Responsive service when mailed. Nice cleaning lady. The studio relatively clean. Comfortable bed.

Unfortunately most of things were broken, lights, TV, wifi. After sending an email to the service, they fixed the stuff but is it so difficult to check it before guest arrival? There was no toilet paper, no proper towels. Those things were added on demand but.... Stairs could be more safe, they are covered with materials which makes getting down a bit risky. I would double check a basin in the bathroom. It is esasy to lost things in it. There should be something to place things on both sides of the bed. Wifi router which stands on the second floor on the floor asks for unintentional damage it should be hang on the wall.

Rooms are cozy and fully equipped. Although we don't have any dogs, we can feel it is dog friendly.

The only disadvantage is --- house isn't cleaned properly. There were some used tampons and tissues in the bathroom bin and some food crumbs on the chair. I didn't notice and sit on several chairs and these crumbs made me really uncomfortable. Also the boiler is set in a bedroom, we can't find any carbon monoxide detector inside the room so we can't let our baby sleep in it.

One small towel for two adults in room. No phone to speak to reception (in the building next door). Lots of noise below window from smokers gathering throughout the night who didn’t seem to be addressed by any staff. Opposite a night club which was open til 6am so lots of taxi noise too.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable my partner couldn’t sleep properly, we received an email saying check in from 2pm we arrived at 2:30pm and still had to wait until 4-4:30pm before we were able to get into the room due to it not being ready, although it was just a place to sleep for the night it kind of reminded me of a room at pontins so definitely not worth the £83 we paid for the night
