Our room was dusty we had no mini bar as had been indicated. There were very limited TV channels for such a high class hotel. We were advised that there would be complimentary pre dinner drinks in bar but in fact it was being renovated. This was directly across from reception! There was no hot water for tea as it is drunk in Ireland and England and I was given 'steamed 'milk for tea when it eventually arrived. Overall, I think while the staff were very friendly and doing their best the management need to take a more active role in staff training , information transfer and monitoring. Perhaps when it's extremely busy they might direct the staff to busy areas

Ours is a twin room. One bed doesn't have bed lamp, very dark as ceiling light doesn't cover that bed. Lack of table surface to put things, even had to use the kettle on the floor. Lack of hangers to hang clothes (it rained and we had to hang our wet jackets).

Horrendous stay at this hotel. The bathroom flooded due to a blocked drain. The hotel was dirty and many of the other guests were noisy and intimidating.
