Breakfast and dinner was good the restaurant very nice.We enjoyed sitting on the decked balcony and watching the geese and their goslings swimming up and down the river Thames.Also the rowing club is opposite so we saw them practicing for a race on the Sunday.All the staff were very friendly.

Would have liked a shelf or vanity unit and hook on bathroom door also our towel rail was heated all day and night which made our room quite hot as we were lucky to have warm weather during our stay.We used the air on to help with this and of course we should have spoken to someone about it none of this would stop us staying again.

The location was great with only a 5 minute walk to Baker Street station. There were also lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was classic English and delicious and for a London hotel the rooms were quite big!

The apartment is very nicely put together, everything is very nice! Location is spot on for a great view of the mountains from the hot tub. Good utilities. Would definitely stay again!

Should consider putting a small table and chairs on the decking. Also, a washing machine under the stairs as there is plenty of space, this would allow for longer stays.

Very friendly staff and a great location. We stayed the weekend the Medieval festival was on, it was a quick 5 minute walk to town. The room was big, with a big bathroom. Good bar

The only thing we didn't like was there was no mirror in the bedroom, although we saw them in other rooms, and we couldn't turn the towel rail off in the bathroom.

Fantastic location for a night out at the Coop arena! Lovely spacious flat and will definitely use again. Very easy check in and clear instructions.

The rooms looked nothing like those on the website. Everything was run down and the bathroom was disgusting. There was left over soap bottles in the shower along with black mould along the grout and the whole thing looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The radiator was broken in the room coming into the bedroom and it made the room extremely warm (at least there was a fan). There was awful stains on the wall behind the bed which was also broken on one side making it difficult for two people to share it and there was a lingering smell. As well as this we had to wait outside a vape shop for the host to come and take us to the property and was no one in the building to speak to regarding this. With this there was no contact information to speak to anyone regarding the room or a change of room.
