Really helpful, friendly staff. The room was quiet but sadly no view as looked out on the building next door but it was not an issue as the weather was wonderful and I was out and about most of the time. Wonderful breakfast. The hotel is just across the road from the station but very close to the historic old town and the dock area. Never been to Hull before but would love to go back as had a great time.

The property is in an amazing location with views over Tintagel coastline which are stunning. The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and more and i would thoroughly recommend it.

Bed was really comfortable and room was always nice and clean, I appreciated the complementary water. Breakfast was delicious, location was fantastic, so close to the coach station, only a few minutes more to the train station and bus station.

Dividing walls were pretty thin and I could sometimes hear the people in the room next to mine. There was also a lot of creaking from the room above as well. I was still able to relax and sleep, though.

We were made very welcome immediately and shown around the property which was fantastic. Really comfy beds and everything you could want in it. Breakfast was fantastic too.

Do not stay here! Dusty, dirty, smelly room and stale air greeted us upon arrival. My partner had severe asthma attacks throughout our first night and I developed a terrible RASH from sleeping in the bed without a shirt, most likely bed bugs or dust mites. My partner was wearing jumpers and long pants so she luckily was not affected by whatever bugs were in the dirty sheets and pillows. Heater was not working, and there is NOT a private kitchen! We did not have a fridge or microwave in our room. There was a dirty, shared kitchen with no cutlery or clean eating or cooking utensils. The paper towels were covered in mould! Still hoping we get our￡700 refund!
