We brought our little dog, and they offered to look after him while we used the sauna and hot tub. The owner invited us to look at the stars through his telescope and was happy to talk to us at length.”

  Apartment was spotless on arrival, views are amazing. Kitchen well equipped, shampoo and shower gels in bathrooms is fab. Parking great. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. In great location opposite tram and 10 minute lovely walk to media city.

  Hotel seemed a little “tired”. Carpets quite worn and bedroom carpet cream colour with quite a few stains. Breakfast times need to be extended beyond 9.30..people like a more relaxed start on holiday! Dining areas lacked “style and ambience”. Laminated menus and vinegar bottles on tables did not help! No background music at breakfast either! Good choice of breakfast but filter coffee very weak out of a flask and quality of cooked breakfast very average. Room we had not very sound proofed…we were kept awake first night be snoring from next room!

  Uncomfortable bed. Cheap and nasty pillows offering no support. Bathroom door won’t stay open. Bathroom felt like it was from a Soviet era institution. Soulless decor. TV volume restricted. Tv position awkward. For £80+ Would expect at least a couple of biscuits. Back entrance down fire escape isn’t a pleasant experience, especially in the rain
