Excellent, comfortable and super clean self catering accommodation. High quality fixtures and fittings. Would definitely stay again if travelling in the area. Great if you have a dog as footpath over golf course within yards of the property.

For our purpose - ( to dance at a Blackpool Dance Festival ) it was spot on - clean, quiet, close - had all the amenities that we needed - the host was very quick to respond to questions

Location was amazing. Food was incredible as were the staff. Room was spacious and lovely decking and furniture for us to sit on and watch the wildlife on the loch.

Bathroom in need of updating and not clean. Extractor vent full of dust. Room smelt foisty when you entered and with the midgies you couldn’t leave patio doors open. Disappointing given cost of our two night stay.

The location is in a great location for The Hydro! The majority of the staff were very friendly and the room had an amazing view of the hydro.

I was disappointed and upset by the volume level of the Sky Bar. We stayed a Friday night and the music went on until 1am. We could feel the bass vibrating in our room on the 7th floor. I reported to Reception who made me feel that I was being slightly unreasonable but in my eyes it is a hotel before a bar and I feel the amount we paid was too much to listen to very loud techno music until 1am! We were staying for a special occasion and it slightly dampened the stay. I wouldn’t stay again on a weekend for this reason.

There was no hot water for 2 of the 3 days that we were there for - that meant that we went without baths for 2 days. The wash basin was & is choked so water does drain fast enough. The fire alarm went off early morning and there was no fire services reported.
