  The location was perfect for public transport, and shops. The view from the seating area is one which is rarely seen in London. The surrounding area is also wonderful for a walk with access to a large park on your doorstep. The team was inviting, polite, and very friendly. I will now only use this stay for all future stays to this area and for business!

  Such a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jacky was an incredible host, very accommodating and quick to reply. The place itself was immaculate and so cosy. Jacky was kind enough to leave some treats and milk which was very handy for the morning coffee! Would definitely stay again 🙂

  Situated a short walk from the town centre in a quite area, the room was warm and cosy, lovely modern bathroom with excellent shower. The continental style breakfast was excellent with quality produce. We had a great stay.

  Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Good en suite. Close proimity to stables a real bonus but sometimes the horses could be a bit noisy.

  There was no information about how to check in. There was no one at the recetion desk. Finally managed to get through to them by phone. They were expecting people to go to Mahons Hotel to check in. It's not possible with a 3.5t horsebox! A person then came down to the stableyard to give us our keys. This really needs to sorted out. It's a real mess at present.

  Staff on reception excellent. Very helpful. Would have rated staff excellent except for bar staff (see comment on what didn’t like).
