I wasn't expecting much for £78 per night so I was pleasantly surprised! My room (room 5) was clean, warm and very comfortable. A microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery were available for use if required. Good sized bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. Excellent town centre location. I didn't see any member of staff during my stay, but the self check-in instructions are very clear. I would stay again.

Excellent room. The bathroom had a bath which was a bonus. Very good meal in the restaurant. But no time for breakfast as early start. Proximity to Terminal 5 was the main reason for booking.

Main breakfast was good, but no white bread available for toast 1 day?? The local shop apparently had run out?? Omelettes sent back 1 day as solid

Room was dirty. Not vacuumed below units with soiled tissues and bud and other debris. Large peanut by the bed?? Requested it vacuuming first day. Do they not check rooms before letting???? Dust thick on the wardrobe top. Dust on the dressing room table and the wonky mirror wedged with a bathroom plug!!!! The stool at the dresser was very wobbly and about to fail. The duvet very lumpy and not even closed with the buttons available. Mould starting to form on the windows. The bathroom mirror left hand side lights not working. 1 Bulb out in the central room light unit. No handle on the inside of the shower glass door. No instructions on the shower controls. No xpelair fan in the bathroom. No teaspoons with the drinks tray 1 Chipped mug no cups. Butter dish chipped at breakfast table. Side plate chipped at breakfast table Glasses scuffed and warn??? Dirty towels thrown around the bottom of the stairs whilst rooms cleaned a definite trip hazard.

Ester on reception went out of her way to help us. She is a great asset to the hotel. All staff were polite and welcoming.

Possibly the fact that there was no way of communicating with reception and had to nip down 3 flights of stairs to ask a question.

This hotel is a joke, total disrepair, rude staff, had to leave at 12am due to the staff making me feel so uncomfortable. DO NOT BOOK! The reviews speak for themselves. S*th the manager is intimidating and shouldn’t be working in such a customer facing role, and R*na the area manager is just as bad a failed to address any of the complaints we made.

Didn’t do anything special for my partners 30th as requested or even any acknowledgement on ch can in. Staff didn’t ask how our stay was. Says 24 hour room service but it was shut at 11:30pm on a Saturday. Given a disabled room.
