  Quiet out of the city centre parking. Bus service £2 and frequent. We made a mistake getting on the right bus but going in the wrong direction! So although we were advised correctly to get on the number 5 or 5A to come home from Brighton center, we didn't know to avoid the bus with Hangleton on the front, and make sure that it says Patcham. However if you do end up in Hangleton you can cross the road to the other bus stop for a long ride back and on to Patcham :-

  Very comfortable bed. Hot shower. Working fan which was very welcome due to warm weather. Very good location. Plenty of luggage space. Little fridge to keep items cool. Quiet at night.

  The area at night didn't give off a great vibe. Just be mindful if alone at night walking back to guest house. Also a bit of a faff to get in. Had to negotiate two lots of key codes to get in room but given the previously mentioned then it maybe not a bad thing. Thinking the ID verification was a bit over zealous given the fact I'd already put down a £50 refunable deposit for breakages etc.
