My stay at Broadfield Park Hotel was Marvellous! The Hotel is a Grand building set in the Lovely grounds of Broadfield Park. On arrival I was given such a warm, positive welcome, this vibe carried throughout my stay. All the Staff here are so obliging, so happy to help in anyway. All the Staff, Rojen, Pauline, Pravy, Praveena, Mayur, Amal, Karthik, Carl, Will, Roshan, provide the upmost in customer service, thank you team Broadfield Park! The bedrooms are very Lovely and comfy, with lovely fresh white bedding. The Hotel offers complimentary wi-fi and a complimentary breakfast which is tasty; happy days! Broadfield Park offers a varied choice of Evening meals , it’s a very good selection that are scrumptious! I feel Happy and lucky that I chose Broadfield Park, my stay was nothing short of Amazing!

The hotel is very well placed close to the old center of town and not far from the docking stations of the big cruise lines. As it is a very old house, over 100 years, the rooms are relatively small, but comfortable, with a small shower, and you need to be prepared to climb fairly steep and small staircases to reach your room. Overall the hotel has a beautiful, charming ambiance which is supported by a friendly staff. The breakfast is a buffet style breakfast with a nice choice of products and you can still choose different freshly prepared dishes from a menu. Apart from that the food is great and the bar offers a wide variety of beer, wine and other drinks

The room we stayed in, number 14, was in the 3rd floor but it had no view. The only really negative point was the mold in the window of the bathroom.

Well, I had Booker it through Booking and only after I had paid that I got the info about check in at e pm, I have talked at the reception one muslim lady very rude, I had talked to the manager Adrian. Very rude, Intry to talk to him but the only thing that He said was if I did not look the web site, how? If you book with booking you get the info only after the payment..ridiculous, there are só nany complain about him, the personnel that clean the place are very nice....check in 3 pm...check out at 10 am...how? Should be at least at 12 pm......

the apartment block had a horrible smell, cupboard overflown with rubbish and dirty bin bags. we were close to vomiting. the shower in the en suite bathroom flooded so we couldnt use that. half of the heating did not work. dirty towels in boiler cupboard. fridge was turned off on arrival. we was told we would have a terrace, there was nothing. blinds with gaps in so anyone outside could look in. most awful stay ive ever had in amy accomadation. very upset about it

The place was so much noisy couldn’t sleep all night and early in the morning so much noise no relaxing at all no kitchen facilities and in the morning roof start leaking and water dripping everything got wet my stuff and cell phone and laptop in the bag got wet luckily i dried it at home and saved from any fault
