  Beautiful cottage in Hillsborough. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the extra treats left by our hosts. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Easy to find and no problem with access to keys. We would definitely book again in the future.

  Room is compact, lovely and clean, very comfortable beds. Had a great night's sleep, no noise from the roads. Breakfast was continental and was very nice and fresh. Ideal location for us as we went to a gig at the 02 Ritz. will definitely stay again

  My room was well furnished and clean. The staff were very professional and kind. Breakfast was very nice but I chose to have my meals outside as my husband and I were disappointed last year with the dishes we chose from the restaurant menu.

  I parked my car in the car park. The price of £20 for the day and £5 an hour for part of the day is rather expensive. Also, you had sent me instructions on how to get to the car park as the street in which it is situated was closed. When I arrived, I saw that there were no roadworks and that I could reach the car park the usual way. It would be a good idea to remove your instructions.

  Excellent buffet breakfast, but no directions as to where the breakfast dining room was located. Shortage of glasses when we arrived for breakfast - apparently in the dishwasher.

  The furniture of the hotel was very dated, as was the en-suite, which was very difficult to negotiate as it was so cramped.

  Lack of decaff coffee and teas/fruit teas. Most bed and breakfasts now at least have fruit teabags or decaff coffee sachets. Bed was a bit small but very comfortable. En suite very small.
