Positive section of review
Service was friendly but mean. Check-in only possible during three hours per day. Nobody from staff was seen before and after that period. Breakfast has to be pre-orderd the day before but is served cooked freshly at the time specified. Rooms small (which is not unusual) but clean. Location in the middle of the small village.

This place is a house not hotel. They do not supply breakfast, but lovely comfortable beds. Coffee milk and sugar supplied. A convenience store just round corner. Also fish and chip shop. Across the street is a Chinese Take away. Buses stop outside for Gravesend town or Dartford town.

Welcoming drink when we arrived nothing was too much bother .Location was fantastic very central to Leicester Square and easy walking all the amenities and attractions nearby London has to give . Pool facilities were an hidden gem not to be passed by.

Nice and helpful staff - quick to respond to emails. All amenities were available - if I were staying in London for a few days, it’s a great base to travel out from. It was quiet - basement room. Had a faint train rumble which I found quite soothing.

Quite stylish and really comfortable sitting area and bed.. well designed for such a compact space. We were 0nly sleeping there as we were visiting for a family wedding. So spent most of the day and evening elsewhere.

Breakfast was lovely as usual. Service was good but come to expect this as we have stopped here a few times now. Evening meal was great.

There was a wedding and it was a little noisy. Don’t wish to be negative about this but maybe a heads up before we booked. We booked a suite which was spacious but had makeup stains on the carpet and what appeared to be burns from hair straighteners. Preferred the corner sofa in your other suite but this is preference only.
