I would like to thank the following members of staff Friday reception-, Lilly and Caitlin Saturday reception- Oliwia Friday night bar staff- Lewis, Aleks, Jade, Henry Breakfast- Ethan, Valensia, Dev, Agata Chambermaids - Tracey, Anca, Roxy, Rachel & another Chambermaid who was also kind and helpful to my mother. I used the fabulous swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and the lady was also very polite and helpful.

Really loved my stay. Adele gave me lots of useful information before I arrived and was friendly and welcoming when I did so. My room was clean and equipped with everything I could wish for. The information pack was useful. Really liked proper sized bath towels! Bed was comfy. Surprisingly quiet given the room was ground floor at the front of the house. All relevant amenities close by. Would definitely stay again!

Not the best hotel in the world but more than adequate for my needs. There were stains on the hall carpet but it was clean in the room, had everything I needed and I would happily stay there again. I was pleased at this three star hotel.

I'm not great on my feet and there is a busy roundabout to get across if you want to go into the town center. Thankfully, there are still a lot of kind drivers out there and it isn't the hotels fault. The fire alarm went off during my stay which was probably due to someone smoking in their room, but we were allowed back in quickly.

The way the caravan was advertised was not what we got. Stated a sea view .... 2 caravans and 2 roads in-between Stated a Sauna... didn't expecting caravan but passes to use but had to pay extra if you wanted to use in clubhouse Lightbulb went in main bathroom, classed as not a priority, couldn't use once dark. health hazard if tripped, no shower after 9pm Stated sleeps 6, beds so small and very uncomfortable. Not enough seating if 6 people booked would of booked a different accommodation if known no sea view and paying for sauna

Bar area in the evening very untidy, pots left on tables also no clean table all had food debris on and needed cleaning Breakfast choice good however no one asked what we would like to drink or approached us to ask if everything was okay
