Caravan was clean and everything worked perfectly. The owner let me check in early which was very nice of him. Beautiful views from caravan and nice local village. Would highly recommend staying here, great experience.

Location great . Shower great. Heating/air con great . Long length mirror and hairdryer. Charging sockets and light next to bed. No keys just key code

Harder mattress. Door on shower hard to open when hands wet so left door ajar. Thin walls so could hear noise next door and corridor outside

Manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was as expected. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was very good.

Can't fault the hotel staff on anything, they provided an excellent service, but it did seem a little over priced considering that it was on the outskirts of York and not in the centre.

The location was ideal, as it was 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the shops. We even organised to stay another night.

House was clean.

WiFi didn't work. Hot water not working Builders making lots of noise upstairs making it impossible to sleep. The lady owner double booked the room and had a women and child knocking on the door while I was sleeping. Very awkward situation, felt bad for the women and her child. Lady owner didn't seem bothered by this.

I understand that hotel prices had gone up in the UK after the pandemic, and it is not really reasonable to hope for a nice hotel room below £200/night in London. However, it is very much disappointing that I had to pay £209/night for a single room in Haymarket region. For a room which was not spectacular at all. For instance, the toilet in the bathroom was at a so narrow location that I was lucky that I haven't had 10-15 extra kgs on me, as like that I wouldn't be able to sit down on the toilet. The room was on the fifth floor, right in the front of the lift. This meant that I could hear every single occasion when the lift opened and closed. And not to say that WiFi is not included in this ridiculous £209/night rate. If you'd like to have internet, you'd need to pay extra. I cannot understand how the hotel management doesn't realize that we're in the 21st century, where every single café, and public space has free WiFi... After all these, it was clear that I didn't even think about having my breakfast there. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience.
