  Room was not clean. Stains on floor which could easily have been removed with a wet mop. Dust and dirt around edge of room especially behind bed and bedside table. Communal bathroom was very dirty with mould on shower curtain. Single kettle for all guests on an upstairs landing kept disappearing and then reappearing due to selfish guests taking it to their room.
