  Causeway Bay was a comfy, well equipped Airbnb in central Portrush. Kieran the owner actually walked across the street to help us with our bags. Our unit was cosy and clean and we made great use of the kitchen/lounge area for breakfasts and lunches. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch with our beer and baguette chatting to Kieran and neighbors after hikes to Giants Causeway, castles and beaches. With restaurants, pubs and grocery stores nearby good food was never a problem. Kieran and his staff went out of their way to make us welcome. We look forward to coming back.

  The bar hours were fairly limited, it was locked by 9 30 on our stay. The barman had a somewhat quirky approach to customer service!

  Location is handy for me and I like it that I can eat late if I need to.

  Often I get a room with no windows which I hate. Often the pub is closed because of some unspecified problem which is frustrating. Often the lifts aren’t working. This isn’t a problem for my but I get a vibe of low maintenance.

  There was a smell of paint/damp in my room. They gave me air freshener but still didn’t help much. There were also workers outside my room renovating/drilling making loud noises. The stay should have been much cheaper because of this inconvenience.
