located close to edgware underground so easy access by tube to all the areas of london we wanted to visit. room was immaculate. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing, would highly recommend the bhelphuri.

thought it was a shame that the bar was closed at 11pm. it would have been nice to have a nightcap before retiring to our room after a busy day shopping and sightseeing.

The staff were lovely and the location is also very nice and peaceful. Ideal for kids as there is a big play area attached to the hotel. The food is very nice and a reasonable price.

The plug sockets are very close to the floor which makes plugging things in difficult. Providing double adapters to help with this would be good. The beds are ok but the mattress had a dip in it, could do with replacing.

That anyone can access the hotel floors via the lift without needing a card so security is an issue especially when staying alone/with children

The selection of breakfast was a little limited especially as I prefer fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Staying in room 6 meant that customers sitting drinking or eating beneath could see us which makes things a little awkward for all. Perhaps a small privacy screen covering the left side of the balcony would be appropriate and wouldnt obstuct anyones view. The balcony was very dusty and had not been swept for some time which was a shame as the view is beautiful.

Beds were a little short for my liking and I am not the tallest person with my 181cm. The place is old and a bit noise from the other rooms is a given.

The rooms didn't have proper ventilation which made it suffocating when it was hot. The English breakfast was terrible. The room above us made so much noise and it was extremely audible and disturbing. Try taking the room on the top floor and not the 1st.
