David is a very welcoming, smiley and precise host. The room was very clean and spacious, amazing shower :)! the breakfast was delicious and the host was very prepared to serve gluten free breakfast for one of us who is coeliac. Great choice of morning music background for breakfast! We had an amazing experience and we felt at home! highly recommended!

Unbelievable value for Money. Amazing location, stunning room and lovely personal touches. So comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The food and bar is also fantastic with welcoming and lovely staff. Also so accommodating for our pup Luna. If I could give this place a rating above 10/10 I would. Look forward to returning soon. Jade and Tim

It was peaceful …. Close to our car … the bed was comfortable (queen sized) …. Linen was clean … the heating worked well … we didn’t need breakfast … the price was good for a very basic setting … the pub was readily available, had we wished to use it and was frequented by workers…. The car park was very quiet (very few visitors to the pub)

For the two nights of our stay, it was a poor choice because there was no natural lighting (a stable!) and the only tiny window, within the outside door, was covered over as soon as we used the 2 hangers above it. The bed was far too large for the space and we had to move it to enable access from both sides. We had to sidle everywhere ..VERY CAREFULLY TO AVOID BRUISING! There was no wardrobe-type hanging (4 door hangers only) and not one coat hanger supplied. The wash basin was against a wall, making washing less easy. It would be ideal for a single male who was happy to live out of a bag … most women I know would prefer coat hanging space. I reckon that a single bed would have been a better choice.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice. Evening - dinner was great too. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were fluffy and fresh. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was a good size, beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the countryside.

The room was missing a wardrobe but there was a hanging thing on the wall which I only discovered at the end of my stay. As I was travelling alone, and only there for 5 days, I didn't have many clothes which I hung up on hangers on the back of the door. if I had been travelling with my husband we would have struggled a bit with where to hang our clothes. (I travel light, he doesn't!) However, there was a spacious chest of drawers, which I could have used. There was an annoying drip drip drip on the outside, from above, which was frequently hitting the window frame. I showed this to the lovely lady, (sorry I forgot your name) not necessarily because it was a bit annoying, but because, in time, it will destroy the window frame and bring dampness into the room.

We were upgraded to a suite after first night as bed too small in the Cozy Double room. Staff very helpful with moving us around. The next two nights were much more comfortable. Breakfast really good with very attentive staff.

Spacious apartment, convenient location. Close to train station and city centre, perfect for exploring Cardiff. Self check-in and check-out, secure building with keypad locks on main door and apartment door.

There was a foul odour in the apartment, possibly damp or drainage related, that ruined our experience here. The apartment management company requested additional credit card authorisation upon check-in, despite the fact we had booked via Booking.com.

Great location next to the the Hub in the city centre. The 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with staff available to help if needed.

A few minor items were damaged like a cupboard door handle or the shower head holders in both bathrooms but nothing major that negatively impacted our stay. I highly recommend this accomodation in the end.
