Since the beginning of the check-in, nothing was a problem - as we had to leave early in the morning (4am), we were offered a takeaway breakfast. After asking for an extra blanket, one was present in the room before we went to bed. All in all, a great accommodation next to the airport.

Great communication with the owner who allowed us to check in later than their standard hours. The room was clean, cozy and as per the photos. Appreciated very much the window's soudproof given that our room was facing the main room. Breakfast was good, freshly prepared.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and we was allowed to sit in the lounge with our dogs.

The floor was not clean. the cleaner had gone home so we was offered another room. This floor was the same. I think maybe there is a problem with the vacuum cleaner. At the time I said it was fine because the room we was offered was cooler and brighter then the first and we didn't want to keep complaining when I don't think moving again would have solved the problem. The rest of the room was clean apart from a couple of hairs in the bath tub.

Place and Hotel is great. Very close to the beach. But the staff there is ridiculously lazy and I felt it came off as rude. Almost zero effort put into making us feel welcome. Their food was alright but overly priced for Skegness. We asked for ketchup in a very empty restaurant and we were told to get it from the counter. Maybe that’s how it is. But didn’t feel friendly while we were being served. I called in room service for a table fan and was told collect it from the counter. Didn’t mind it tbh but missed the whole point of room service then ???? Breakfast was a disaster, we had an all inclusive breakfast and reached the buffet 10-15 mins before closing. By the time we reached everything was finished. Honestly nobody bothered to ask us if we need anything. Felt annoying and inconvenient to keep asking the kitchen for individual items. I wouldn’t recommend tbh. Overpriced for very shabby hospitality.

Charming house, good location, decent value.

No complaints. However, considering that a quarter of the booking cost is a "cleaning charge", the place could do with a few more supplies, such as kitchen rolls and toilet paper. There was an abundance of cooking oil, and two varieties each of salt and pepper, but a few more condiments wouldn't be amiss, especially as the local shops are also rather meagrely stocked.

Black tape round the edge of the bathroom mirror. the bathroom plug didn't work so I couldn't charge my toothbrush up and it was a bank holiday weekend and there was no marmalade for breakfast which is a treat for me when I'm on holiday so black mark for whoever was supposed to check the back stock. A note on the web page on needing ID to use the pool.
