Very lovely rooms, excellent breakfast choices and a good pub menu for dinner with lovely specials (I can particularly recommend their mussels if they have them on the specials board!), very friendly staff (& owners, though not sure who were the owners, they didn't make themselves known to us as such, but presumably were on site). The location is lovely in the middle of the village of Lostwithiel and there is plenty of parking available on a first-come first-served basis (we never had an issue, though the pub does fill up in the evenings, which is actually lovely).

Fantastic location in the pretty village of Masham, with shops, market on the Wed, beautiful peaceful church, stunning surrounding area with plenty of places to visit within 30 mins or less drive. The cottage was situated right next door to the pub which served delicious food this was definitely a bonus, also not noisy from the pub. The cottage was clean, modern and comfortable, the hot tub was a bonus. We will be staying again.

The only downside was not being able to park at the property when unpacking the car, plenty of parking in the town square though so this was only a minor inconvenience.

Lovely venue, clean and good size rooms, nice breakfast and welcoming staff. I love staying here and it is always my first choice when staying in the area for work.

Beds were very soft and sofa downstair and chair were hard. Had issues trying to use the hob and shower was not great just a trickle came out
