Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, it shocked us how nice it was for such a cheap price. We paid £70 for the city view room and wasn’t disappointed for our first trip to Manchester. The hotel itself is so nice, clean and the staff were pleasant. I was able to check in early to decorate the hotel room for my partners birthday, staff were helpful with this. We will be staying here again when we visit next time! So close to the city centre, easy to find and the over night parking is only a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient hotel.

Excellent location. Few steps from Oxford street and walking distance from Oxford circus, Buckingham palace, Hyde park etc. 5 min walking from Metro station. Flat itself is small but clean and has everything necessary (even ironer, hairdryer, towels, dishes, soap etc). Owner was also excellent and communication was good. At the arrival we had problem with wifi, 5 minutes after our message to owner it was solved. Really 5 stars! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back.

Only minus was that there was no lift in the building and flat was on the 4th floor. But at the end, it just some more sport ;) But maybe with big luggages and babies not so comfortable.

Lovely location. Everywhere was clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The meals in the evening were exceptional. One of the best dog friendly places we've stayed at.

The suprior unit is very nice and have all you need. the studiu unit, where we stayed for the first night was too tiny for a couple The location is great

The communication with the office was not so easy. When we had problem in the first day, we did not get welcoming respond, only after the office realized we are not going to pay twice for the unit we orderd by mistake and the one we wanted t be upgraded to.

Great find right next to the M5 . Travelling to Cornwall to break our journey to try and get past Bristol traffic , which is always horrible.

We have stayed at Pentire a number of times now. It is friendly, clean and great value for money.

The café isn't great. Staff aren't very friendly and the food is okay at best. My partner had a curry that was really poor quality. Breakfast in the resteraunt is amazing though.
