Lo and behold I was transported to a perfect place I felt like I was in a private island but I was still in the city. I had to check out because it was fully booked for me to extent, I stayed at Teratai villa (another Ini Vie masterpiece) while waiting for availability again at Canggu Cabana as soon as there was an opening I went back for my final night in Bali and Giri sure made it worth it for me. Giri thank you for the finishing touches, the floating breakfast and the flower bath and the little gift ❤️. I will stay in this accommodation for sure in the near future. All my love, Wendy.”

      Location mainly. pleasant receptionist. room temperature good.

      Really in need of a renovation. Tired furnishings, bad lighting, awful duvet and sheets. Hard pillows. COuldnt read what on earth the dispensers on the walls in the bathroom said. Plug leaked. couldnt see to makeup or do hair in room. Call to reception/concierge/housekeeper re lights was not answered.

      The location is excellent. Concierge were excellent.

      Our room was tatty, worn carpet with marks, badly marked black furniture, dirty marks on the curtains, black mold in the grouting in the bathroom, very disappointed with the room. Our view was a wall! Also how very tight to offer the brand ‘Life’ bottled water in the room, it is 15p per bottle at booker! This is a 5 star hotel expected far better!

      The hotel is severely run down, water damage all over the walls and the middle of the hotel looked like it had sunk. The stairs was tilted to the side walking up them. The room stunk of damp and made me feel sick with how uneven the floor was. Was only on the 3rd floor and I felt severely unsafe with how uneven the floor was. The bath had all black in there where the bath had started to rot. The toilet was loose, the wifi didn’t work on the tv. Ended up leaving the hotel after a few hours and a refund was refused at front desk and emails have been ignored since.
