Very clean and comfortable. Good location for Weymouth seafront only 20 minute walk. Up and down hill though. But less than five minute drive. Quiet location. Excellent amenities and we loved it. Six adults as went with our two grown up children and their partners. Very spacious and idea as we all had plenty of room. Has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Idea location for trips out.

Excellent location and the structure is a lovely historical building, comfortable. We spent one night during our cyclic tour, and it was nice to discover this beautiful city, with great places to eat and pleasant walking paths. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is very professional and friendly1.

The breakfast was very good plenty of food and drink refills, by attentive staff. The location is central Holmfirth convenient for everything can't fault the location. Handy shared kitchen and lounge downstairs for guest use , also adjoins The Nook pub that provides Tapas meals

We stayed on a Friday night and the property is over adjacent to a couple of drinking venues so the noise was obtrusive up until around midnight. I realise the Nook doesn't provide car parking so this is not a complaint against them !Parking is confusing (not the fault of The Nook). The car parks are run by the council . Note the car park number on the side of the pay box ,download the Ring go app register and follow the instructions. It is very cheap free ,after 4pm till 8am ,then I paid £2.50 for 5 hours. If you note the car park number you can do this remote of the car park after 4pm. The room we stayed in (Snailsden) has a very low ceiling at one side so be prepared to bump your head !!
