  The Lagg is a lovely building in beautiful surroundings where staff are very nice and attentive. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a variety of options, including good vegan options. What capped it all off was the gorgeous resident dog.

  The accessible room was very comfortable. The bathroom's additional aids excellent and disabled parking right beside our courtyard room. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful and accommodating.

  Room 3 was lovely. Good sitting area to watch TV, excellent bathroom and shower and extremely comfortable king-sized bed. Plenty of options for evening meals within Almouth.

  It was hard to find parking close to our hotel as the centre of Alnmouth is an extremely popular place throughout the day and into the evening. Alnmouth desperately requires a good car park closer to the village centre.

  Our room needs a refresh. It was rather tatty but clean. The hotel is very tired looking. The carpets were worn out. The restaurant at night was really cold. At morning breakfast guests were allowed in restaurant with pjs on and a person was wearing a robe.

  Key card didn’t work on numerous occasions so had to constantly go to reception. Room was dusty and not cleaned very well. Humming noise coming from In corridor maybe a mechanical fault.
