Booked late for a last minute trip. Heathrow hotels were full, or too expensive. It was a real hidden gem and a nice change from the generic airport hotels. Nice pub atmosphere, dinner was good. Easy drive to the airport the next morning. Will use again.

Short notice 2 day break. Great value for money, large suite, friendly service, generous breakfast. Not able to eat in dining room as wedding but no issues with noise. Met the owner with her lovely old car. Real character!

The apartment was newly refurbished, as in fresh paint etc.

For some reason, the floor was dirty, I had to wash it on my knees with toilet paper. Here I come to second thing I didn't like, few things were missing, most basic cleaning equipment, like kitchen cloth or even mop. Our sock got destroyed it was filthy, but the panels are this brownish creamy color, that you don't see the dirt at first. No hangers for towels in the bathroom, nor any kind of shelving to put your personal belongings, and it wouldn't be a problem if there was a normal size basin, but this being London, the apartments are always so tiny that as in this case they fit a basin that is so small that it is hard to wash your teeth in it, forget the whole face and to keep your belongings on it you might as well put them on the floor. Shower holder was broken (cracked), but it was also a mis-match with the shower handle. In the kitchenette area there wasn't enough cutlery for 2 people, fork was missing. There was also no bowls for morning cereals. Just 2 small plates. For some reason the fridge was taken out from it's designated area under the tabletop counter, so in a tiny space it was very much in a way.
