The location is perfect, especially for walkers and explorers of the North York Moors. Really friendly and helpful staff, lots of brilliant team work, nothing too much trouble. Good choice of drinks, and the food was ace. Very (and we mean very) generous and delicious home made meals at decidedly fair prices. Room was recently renovated, lovely, clean and comfortable, with an excellent ensuite. A very welcoming inn, and one we would be happy to stay at again.

Fantastic location, limited parking though available if you call ahead or sometimes if you arrive in the morning. Parking if available is really convenient, nice staff, and clean comfortable room. Many facilities in the area as well and close to Hyde Park.

The staff were very good and welcoming. Dinner was very good and quick service. Breakfast was very tasty. Some condiments were missing but I could have asked for them. However, I was on quite a tight time line so had to crack on.

The bathroom would have benefitted from a fresh coat of paint but the shower etc worked well and plenty of hot water. I felt a bit in a goldfish bowel as the room had double patio doors so anyone could see in to the room, bed etc. so had to keep the curtains closed.

Perfectly located for a flight in and out of Bournemouth. Now that we know about it, we would stay again for longer. You can either use public transport to get around or you would need a car.

The house was fine (although damp smell), the kitchen was fine. It was quiet, mostly clean (see below). The room was a nice size and bathroom fine.

There was a very strong sweaty smell in the bedroom (which never went in 2 days) and due to this smell I had a look at the bed, the sheet was covered in hairs...I told the host and she changed the sheet but said she hadn't changed it because someone had rented it for half a day and she thought it was clean (I was not sure WHAT to think of this, and I was in shock after) but I stayed and everything was fine after, but it was not pleasant to think I had been left with someone's sheets!! and the smell is unpleasant.

No hot water, poor customer service, taking days to respond, forced me to call American express to take action because they haven’t replied. The worst weekend was caused by this company.
