  Room was ready early so could go straight up ,room was clean ,well set out & pleasant. Location is brilliant for the Utililta arena ,Sealife, legoland & loads of eateries. STAFF are always helpful, friendly & generous ( they remembered us from the last time which was December 2023) food was tasty & enjoyable great stay thank you

  The location is perfect, an easy walk to town square and railway. Loved the atmosphere of Chris' attic room. It was warm, spacious with a very nice ensuite. Amazing breakfast that would set anyone up for the day. Thanks for your hospitality Chris.

  Food at breakfast was amazing with great options. The room was clean with a lovely sea view.

  I didn't receive the email confirmation with entry pin code and had to phone and ask for it. Then the staff member told me it had been sent and that he would send a text. He did this - thank you. However, I insist that I received no email by the 3pm deadline - and have checked junk mail and spam folders.
