Within 10 minute walking distance of Harrogate centre. Cosy open plan lounge with log burner - you have to bring your own logs, luckily we have a log burner at home. Hardware stores in Harrogate with logs. Well equipped kitchen, with cooker/microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The bath is small (not full size). I did not find this a problem, although a larger/not as able person would find it a problem. Found the property ok from the instructions. Parking on the road, the property is located down the side road. This property could be a real gem if made into a one bedroomed holiday let.

The bedrooms are really small, cannot walk around the beds. Cannot get in and out of the beds without climbing over the middle of the bed. Elderly would not be able to manage. Its a shame, because if the property had been renovated as open plan upstairs, this would have made a good sized comfortable double bedroom. No basic provisions - would have been nice to have milk for tea/coffee that was provided and real olive oil for cooking. We feel it would be a proper squeeze for four people.

I liked the simple and stylish interiors, the room was very clean and the cleaner was very professional and available. I loved the smart system inside the rooms, quite impressive considering that it is meant to also help reduce energy consumption and be more sustainable. The location of the place was perfect and the team members working during the night shifts were professional and available, they were really understanding and helpful 24/7. I am also glad we could leave our luggage while visiting Bath on our last day.

The breakfast is a complete scam: as the hotel does not have a kitchen, the breakfast does not offer much choices and the price for it is definitely TOO MUCH, either you pre-book or buy it the same day. Both the quality and the variety of the breakfast are not worth the price paid, maybe that is also the reason why the breakfast is available until 11 am. The option to become a member should be available to customers from the very first time they hear about it! What is the point of offering such benefits but then saying "If you register now, you will be able to enjoy the benefits in the future"? I believe some things could and should be improved.

Nice quality Hotel with good facilities right in the centre of Sheffield. Car park facilities around five minutes walk from Hotel got a very good rate for the room as booked several months in advance but have noticed the prices have gone up considerably more recently so maybe not such good value for money now.

It was very comfortable. The heating worked well and warmed up quickly. The boot rack was a good idea as we were walking and didn't want to tread mud into the place.

The lock box wasn't immediately obvious and a bit tricky to operate and we got a bit nervous about inputing the correct alarm code. It also wasn't clear which week was which waste collection - ie put out green bin and they emptied the black one.

Host was amazing in terms of picking us up, and dropping us off as we were walking Hadrians wall. Very helpful, Food was good in evenings and breakfast.

We didn’t get a room in the hotel but had a very basic “suite” outside. Other guests in our group had robes and slippers and toiletries. We didn’t ! Also in return from a day out our room had not been serviced.

The elevator was a long wait and a nightmare when meeting my friends on a different level. As you can only visit your own level. My friend had food poisoning and I had to find a staff member to help me get to there room to look after them.
