A tranquill 1 night stay for a work event in the beautiful countryside. Rozzie was the perfect host and I wish I had time to try the full English breakfast as the toast, jam, fruit etc were lovely. Enjoyed a morning coffee looking out over the country views. It's also got an outdoor pool which was nice!

Location and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was included and was exceptional. The room was lovely and clean. We had dinner at the venue one of the nights and the food was delicious then as well.

We really enjoyed our stay however some of the staff were quite rude, and whilst the location and facilities did somewhat make up for this, it would be an easy fix to turn this around. Breakfast isn’t served until 9am which was too late for us when we had tours / activities booked so we did have to skip it one of the days which was disappointing.

The staff was very cooperative. We had requested vegetarian food and we found the spread to be excellent. We did not expect personalised service. Too happy with what was offered.

Everything! Beautiful apartment in the centre of town with excellent facilities. Smooth checkin process and great communication from host. We loved our stay here.

The layout was intimate but functional,. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Bed was comfortable. TV was large.

Toilet roll could have been supplied there was no mention of there being none at booking stage. In order to watch the TV you realistically have to bring your own device as there is no terrestrial system available. This is not a problem as I always take a firestick with me to watch what I want, however, the wifi is not strong enough to have a continuouis signal and the programmes kept pausing which is frustrating. Having to carry the microwave to the other side of the kitchen to use it wasn't the best either. Unfortunately due to the neighbours being outside during the early hours of the morning and not being quiet (with bass voices) sleep was interrupted regularly due to the windows being single paned and in some cases unable to shut.

The room was large. Nice comfy bed. Bathroom very nice. Tea and coffee making facilities.

The restaurant was unorganised. Waited 1hr 15mns for our food to arrive. Staff run off their feet multi tasking. Serving at the bar as well as taking orders and delivering food to tables. Felt so sorry for them.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Hotel location was brilliant.

The room was below ground level - it was very dark and there was a building with a barber shop directly outside the window. We had to keep the curtains shut even in day time because people in the building opposite could see directly into the room. We paid for a deluxe directors room - so expected to have some natural light and not be below ground.
