Really nice decor, very welcoming and great size room. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful cooked. Everything was delicious including great quality products. The host James which was on his own the weekend we’ve visited even went the extra mile and offered us a delicious almond cake. He is an amazing host very polite and made us feel very welcome, thank you so much

The flat was perfect for the 3 of us. The owners were very attentive and responsive to our needs. It was very welcoming, warm, stylish and bright. Good location to get the bus into town or a 15 minute walk from the train station. The bus 1 stopped at the door which was the bus we had to take to get Euston train station. That was a bonus.

The very steep stairway up to the flat it was fine for us but not possible if you have mobility issues.

The hotel's location is great, 15-20 minutes walk to the main historical sites, 5 minutes to Underground station. the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, the beds are very comfortable. We had our room cleaned and maintained every day without asking. Would really recommend this hotel.

This is a gem! Nothing has been missed in the room. Welcome scones and cream, jar of cookies with tea and coffee, chocolates at bed time with a nightcap! I had port. Breakfast was on schedule, huge, fresh and delicious. So many towels, 2 sinks, and a variety of home from home gadgets.

Parking for me was a little challenge due to the road the house is on, but nothing major. I wish I had stayed more than 1 night to really enjoy the hospitality; so have to return.

The property has undergone a lot of work and is in a good state. Most of the appliances were new, Fridge, washing machine etc. The host met us at the property to give us the keys and to collect them. Think this property has only been on booking.com for a short period. Value for money

Despite the renovations a few things need tidying up like paint splashes on the lino and kitchen worktops, nothing major but would make it look more tidy. If you sleep in the back bedroom the boiler is quite noisy. Could do with a lock box to be able to leave the keys rather than having to wait for the host, who was on time but on the day we were ready super early and had already agreed to meet him at 10am.

Location was excellent as very close to beach where rowing competition was taking place. Staff were very friendly and willing to get up to provide an early breakfast for us.

Advertise a lift but doesn’t actually go to any of the levels. You can barely walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. The shower door was broken so couldn’t get in/out properly.
