Amazing place to stay with family and friends. Very safe amazing sea view point. Staff is very helpful and supportive specially Louis. Louis is very polite, supportive and was always available with for all kind of requests. We really appreciate Louis and other staff members. Breakfast was also really very good and worth for money.

Fantastic views of the national park, great property, beautiful view, nice spacious room, food was fantastic. What a way to unwind. Nick was very accomodating and great host.

The room was very noisy at night- the fridge, pipes, fans etc made it hard to sleep. We also found the advert confusing as per which apartment we would be in and how they each differ. Ours was just a bed and bathroom with a microwave and fridge.

I was spoken to very rudely when I went to ask about the Junior suite I had booked. This was on the back of the hotel when I was told it would be on the front. The lounge area had a small 2 seater settee in it but the picture when booking showed a 3 seater settee and arm chair. The window was high and small and I was shown a picture when booking of a full floor to ceiling height window. The bed was king size but only had approx 10 inches at the bottom of the bed. The picture when booking showed a large bathroom and it was average size. I had paid more for a suite for my partners birthday and I got poor value for money. I went to speak to staff and I was told that is what I had paid for and they were full and could not move me. The following morning we went out for the day and returned after 3pm we went up to the room and the room had not been made up. So I went down to reception to ask if our room had been missed and I was told quite rudely again that the rooms are not made up until 4:30 and I would have to wait. I returned to my room and at approx 4:15 2 cleaners and the housekeeping manager came in to clean the room. The manager asked who was it that was making the complaint? I said I had just asked if the room had been missed. We have used Booking.com many times in the past for hotels in this country and abroad and I have never been giving such very poor service. I would recommend to anyone not to book this hotel as it spoiled our trip away to Harrogate.

Pillows hard and in need of replacing. Could do with a larger/longer duvet, I am over 6' and it barely covered me . Room/furniture/fittings in need of repair/replacement.
