The property was in a nice location , the living room was very tired looking , the chairs were uncomfortable and the hearth rug looked very grubby , but the house had a nice cozy feel,to it with a good sized secure garden which was good for my dog , the kitchen was well equipped , and the shower room was good , very large comfy bed .

Excellent location. There is just few hours with open reception. If you arrive there late in the night it will not be possible to go inside. I was very thankful that the staff waited for me one hour after the last check in time.

Great location, friendly owners, bar, lovely views of sunrise from top room windows, plenty of plug sockets in rooms (which is not always the case when staying in hotels)

Mattresses could have been more comfortable. The blinds in my family's room sat away from the window, letting all the light in, so they were awake very early - could easily be rectified by adjusting blind position or adding curtains.

We didn't go for breakfast because we took our own ...but I am sure the breakfast would have been lovely ....the loation was fabulous not to far from Newquay....

The apartment is very small like a student let. It was extremely hot with only a very old fan to cool down and trying to open windows. Sofa very hard to sit on, not comfortable. The bathroom door handle was broken, when opened the handle fell completely off so could not close the bathroom door. A lot of unfinished caulking and skirting in the bedroom. Just generally unfinished and uncomfortable. Needs an update. When booked we were told there was car parking. This was not the case, we had to use a public car park across the road and down the hill. The owners did pay for this though which was a good gesture.
