It was close to local amenities! Quick and easy to book and friendly service. Super quiet and cosy, so lovely and CLEAANN. It’s a definite favourite would stay again and i recommend this property to family and friends!

Like is not really an option, the rooms were more or less what you see in the pictures. The linen was clean, the room was clean. The main man was very pleasant, the other 2 were okay.

Too much. On arrival at 6pm - the main bar room had a function earlier in the day, the tables were disgraceful, overflowing were dirty glasses, plates and detritus - the majority of these were still there when we left at 9am. The bar - had no drinks licence, no music, no atmosphere, no people, no cash - the place was locked up at 9pm. Access to the building was via a door to the car park which was never locked. The room - no television reception at all, no bath plug, no hairdryer, no glasses, no milk. Overlooking 5 lanes of the A82, you could not open a window because of the constant noise. The breakfast was a total carb fest, I am not a fussy eater but this was not good. Our advice - avoid the place|

Easy booking and check out. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during check-out. The room was well-decorated with condiments and a comfortable bed.

The location was very cozy and romantic for a couple. Dominika was very kind and available. We loved how the place was arranged and the cleanliness.

We could not adjust the heating systerm to get the room cool enough so we ended up having to turn off the aircon and open the window...this made the room quite noisy. Temp was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. Maybe just because of personal preference, the bed could have been a bit softer

You need to be much clearer what and what not is included in the breakfast. I even asked you and you ticked me off the list of “breakfast included” and then I ended up paying 52 Pounds… you gave me then 5 pounds back for the misunderstanding, that is a complete joke.
