The beds were really comfortable, the shower was really spacious with good water pressure and got very hot. There was a big smart TV in the room which was a good bonus! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely. Staff were really friendly, and we really appreciated having a checkout time of 11am rather than 10am like most places. The location of the hotel is stunning and the view from the restaurant was beautiful.

The hotel is right next to a main road, so it can get a bit noisy with the window open. The room was very warm overnight which usually would be lovely but the unseasonably good weather meant we got a bit too hot but couldn't sleep with the window open due to noise.

Rosehill Guest House is ideally situated close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Room was spotless and extremely comfortable, breakfast that had a large variety of hot and cold choices was excellent, on-site parking. Hosts were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning a stay in Pitlochry.

Absolutely amazing, very clean and modern room. I loved my stay there and if i will ever be in Eastbourne again, I would definitely come back. Room has everything you need, even board games which was very nice pleasant surprise!

It was a bit tricky to unlock the main doors of the house, maybe better instructions should be given prior to check in.

The location is brilliant joined on to union square. Easy parking in college street car park. Friendly and helpful staff on the desk.

Spa facilities could be better - sauna and spa only operate on alternative days and no robes are provided unless you are having a treatment. The hotel room wasn't designed well, very outdated and not kept well. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and moving and the bath tub had damage also. The bedroom headboard and all furnishings looked very old and not clean. We understood the property is heritage and with history but could have some areas of the property updated for the amount you pay per night's stay.

Sadly in our particular room 202 the curtain doesn't quite cover the window so street lights were bright in the room.
