The breakfast choices were very good well presented and cooked perfectly, and you got more than enough to start the day , the table was very well set ,the service was also very good and was warm and welcoming, the room was lovely with more than adequate tea and coffee etc ,the hosts were fantastic and very welcoming, the location of this property is ideal for the harbour beaches and shops I basically had to complain there was nothing to complain about

Very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast. It seems that the hotel has been renovated recently and the owners have invested into making it very cosy and inviting.

We had a twin room and the single beds felt very small, shorter than usual. Also, the hotel only has 3 parking slots, which are occupied if you don't check in the morning. Otherwise you have to park on the street and display the disk which only allows parking for an hour. Which means you cannot leave the hotel area too far as you would need to update the parking disk every hour and potentially move the car to avoid penalty. Except those 2 elements, the hotel is very clean and a good choice for a short stay.

Great location for exploring Norfolk, lovely garden, relaxed atmosphere, tasty food and friendly staff. Room was well appointed, comfortable and attractive decor.

The road noise. Although only occasional traffic, with the roof lights open at night the sound of a vehicle was magnified.
